The colour coded cards are grouped into categories: visualisation and seeing (green), body movement (yellow), breathing (blue), touch (violet) and listening/Sound (orange).

Each provide a different method to recalibrate. Imaginative visualisations to relax the mind, physical exercises to calm physical energy, breathing exercises for calming, comforting touch to relax and focus, and auditory prompts to redirect attention.
